While my wife and I were visiting a friend in Sevierville, TN she mentioned that there were water front lots for sale in the "River’s Edge Estates" along the French Broad River in Sevierville. We had recently sold our second home on an island in Lake Erie near Cleveland, OH and were interested in another waterfront lot in TN. As such, our friend connected us with Terri Williams.

Upon meeting Terri, we were immediately well impressed with her knowledge of the area, her professionalism and her history in dealing with “distant” clients. After visiting very various water front lot candidates we elected to buy one – and to use Terri as our catalyst to make it all happen. After initially meeting with Terri at her office/home near the lots we began the buy/closing process there – and completed it remotely from Ohio. Terri’s knowledge of the area and her professionalism were exemplary. We had no difficulties with the title and title insurance companies, and all the other stakeholders involved in the transaction. All went smoothly due to Terri’s overseeing things. We are well pleased, and would recommend her to anyone. A job very, very well done!
